How do I calculate hours worked with lunch?
Enter your clock-in and clock-out times for each day, then select your lunch break duration. The calculator automatically subtracts your break from your total hours worked.
Does this calculator handle overtime?
Yes. Hours over 40 per week are calculated at 1.5× (time and a half). Enable daily overtime in settings to calculate OT after 8 hours per day.
Will my timesheet data be saved?
Your entries are saved in your browser's local storage. Your data stays on your device and is never sent to any server.
Can I use this for overnight shifts?
Yes. If your out time is earlier than your in time (e.g., in at 10 PM, out at 6 AM), the calculator correctly handles the overnight shift.
